	Louise Ayre Louise is the farm vet manager who organises the vets and the farm work. Lou sorts all the TB testing and her long experience with the practice means that she is asked all the questions and knows all the answers. Lou joined the practice after leaving school and has both the experience and the local knowledge to ensure that we are all in the right place at the right time.

Awaiting Photo	Kirsten Smith Kirsten joined the Tiverton practice in November 2010 as Head nurse and site leader of our Tiverton practice. Kirsten holds a clinical veterinary nurse small animal advanced diploma specialising in diagnostic imaging, medicine and surgery. Kirsten is responsible for training the student veterinary nursing whilst managing the daily runnings of the Tiverton practice.

Charlotte Carter

Charlotte is currently in her final year of veterinary nurse training, and is due to qualify as a registered and listed veterinary nurse next year.
Charlotte enjoys nursing and caring for animals that are hospitalised in the practice. She has has a keen interest in surgical operations and cat behaviour.

Laura is currently in her second year as a veterinary nurse diploma student.
Laura enjoys all aspects of working as a small animal veterinary nurse.

Veterinary Care Assistants

Gina Corti

Gina is qualified as a verterinary care assistant and enjoys all aspects of her job. Gina has a keen interest in dog behaviour and keeps herself busy outside of work looking after her horses.
